Morteng Enhances Employee Skills with Successful Quality Month Activities

At Morteng, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, skill development, and innovation to drive sustainable business growth. As part of our ongoing efforts to elevate employee expertise and ignite their passion for practical problem-solving, we recently held a successful Quality Month event in mid-December.

The Quality Month activities were designed to engage employees, enhance their professional skills, and promote a high standard of excellence across various departments. The event featured three main components:

1.Employee Skills Competition

2.Quality PK

3.Improvement Proposals

The Skills Competition, a key highlight of the event, tested both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Participants demonstrated their proficiency through a comprehensive evaluation that included written exams and hands-on tasks, covering various areas of operations. Competitions were divided into specific work categories, such as Slip Ring, Brush Holder, Engineering Machinery, Pitch Wiring, Welding, Carbon Brush Processing, Press Machine Debugging, Carbon Brush Assembly, and CNC Machining, among others.

Performance in both the theoretical and practical assessments was combined to determine overall rankings, ensuring a well-rounded evaluation of each participant's skills. This initiative provided an opportunity for employees to showcase their talents, reinforce technical know-how, and enhance their craftsmanship.
