As we move forward together towards our shared future, it is essential to reflect on our achievements and plan for the upcoming quarter. On the evening of July 13, Morteng successfully conducted the second-quarter employee meeting for 2024, connecting our Shanghai headquarters with the Hefei production base. 

Chairman Wang Tianzi, along with senior leadership and all company employees, participated in this important meeting.

Prior to the meeting, we engaged external experts to provide essential safety training for all employees, underscoring the critical importance of safety in our operations. It is imperative that safety remains our top priority. All levels of the organization, from management to front-line employees, must enhance their safety awareness, adhere to regulations, mitigate risks, and refrain from any illegal operations. 

We are committed to achieving outstanding results through diligence and hard work. During the meeting, departmental leaders shared the work achievements from the second quarter and outlined tasks for the third quarter, establishing a strong foundation for reaching our annual goals.

Chairman Wang highlighted several key points during the meeting:

In the face of a highly competitive market, possessing solid professional knowledge and skills is crucial for our success as professionals. As members of Morteng Home, we must continuously seek to enhance our expertise and elevate the professional standards of our roles. We should invest in the training of both new hires and existing employees to promote growth, foster team cohesion, and ensure timely and effective communication across departments, minimizing the risk of miscommunication. Additionally, we will implement periodic information security training for all employees to bolster awareness and prevent information leakage and theft.

With the enhancement of our office environment, Morteng has adopted a renewed appearance. It is the responsibility of all employees to maintain a positive workspace and uphold 5S principles in on-site management.

PART03 Quarterly Star·Patent Award

At the end of the meeting, the company commended outstanding employees and awarded them the Quarterly Star and Patent Awards. They carried forward the spirit of ownership, took the development of the enterprise as the premise, and took the improvement of economic benefits as the goal. They worked diligently and proactively in their respective positions, which is worth learning from. The successful convening of this meeting not only pointed out the direction for the work in the third quarter of 2024, but also inspired the fighting spirit and passion of all employees. I believe that in the near future, everyone can work together to create new achievements for Morteng with practical actions.
