The brush holder features a system brush alarm device. The whole product includes a brush box, in which a carbon brush is arranged, the carbon brush can be moved longitudinally in the brush box, and an alarm switch is also connected on the brush box. Its characteristics are: An insulating connecting plate is fixed on the brush box, a support frame is arranged on the insulating connecting plate, a rotating shaft is hinged in the support frame, a torsion spring is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a switch contact arm is arranged on the rotating shaft, one end of the switch contact arm is in contact with the bottom surface of the brush contact head arranged on the upper end of the carbon brush, and the other end is provided with a switch contact. The switch contact is matched with the alarm switch fixed on the insulated connecting plate.
